Delex is a prime contractor under NAVAIR Orlando Training System Division's Training System Contract II (TSC II). TSC II is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity multi-award contract with an 8 year period of performance.

Delex is a small business prime contract under Lot II of this contract. Delivery Orders for Technology-based curricula are competed among the selected companies for award.
