Leadership Team Bio: CEO Edmund F. Driscoll II
Edmund F. Driscoll II joined Delex as President in 1997 after working in various senior management positions in the
Aerospace/Defense industry. He assumed the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer in 1999.
Since joining Delex in 1997, Mr. Driscoll has guided Delex’s growth from $13M to over $44M in 10 years, developed new product lines,
changed internal processes to reflect integrated product team strategies, and refocused and diversified the company investments to
include development and implementation of commercial products.
Mr. Driscoll is a former multi-warfare Naval Officer with degrees in engineering and business.
He was a qualified Engineer, Surface Warfare Officer and Naval Aviator.
