Leadership Team Bio: VP Brenda Sparks
Brenda joined Delex Systems in 1991 as an Instructional Designer with the Training Systems Division.
She earned a BS in Computer Science and a MS in Instructional Technology, both from Bloomsburg University.
In her tenure at Delex, she has supported training development for commercial and DoD clients, as well as developed programs to meet in-house training requirements.
In 2007, Brenda moved from Operations to the Corporate staff as the Director of Quality, responsible for systemic process improvement throughout
the company and designated Management Representative for Delex's ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management program.
In 2008, Brenda was appointed as the Vice President of Human Capital, responsible for establishing, monitoring and
measuring trends in human capital throughout the company's business lines and for promoting Delex's vision, values, and culture.
